What is the benefit in pre-booking your airport parking?
Most car parks at Luton airport have two types of price. The Gate rate is the price that you pay if you just turn up and park on the day. This price is normally much higher than the pre-booking rate and can be as much as 45% greater. We recommend you book early to get the best price!

How far in advance do I need to book?
When you book online with Luton Airport Parking Discounts you will be able to print off your booking confirmation at the end of the booking. This will include full directions to find the car park. You can therefore pre-book your Luton airport parking right up to only a few hours before your arrival at the car park.

How do I find the Luton car park?
Directions to the car park are available at the end of the booking and you will also receive an automatically generated email confirming this within a few minutes of completing the booking. Do I have to leave my car keys with you?
This depends on which Luton Airport car park you book. At the off airport car park you will be required to leave your keys. If the car parks staff need to move your car then they are fully covered by comprehensive insurance. You do not need to leave your keys if you park at the on-airport Luton car park.

How do I amend or cancel a Luton airport car park booking?
Bookings can normally be amended or cancelled as long as you give at least 48 hours notice before arrival. In some cases a small amendment fee will be charged. Cancellations notified less than 48 hours before departure will normally be charged in full.
